In regards to licensure and being able to legally practice in any jurisdiction, it is important to determine according to that jurisdiction: where telehealth care takes place, and the licensure law of both the jurisdiction of where the client and clinician are located. Also, when practicing in any jurisdiction it is important to be aware of other laws and best practices that impact the service you are providing. Such as emergency protocol and privacy law.
