Navigating Licensure Supervision Within an Organization

Supervising within an organization presents unique challenges—especially when navigating the blurred lines between clinical guidance and administrative oversight. When supervision is delivered via telehealth, the complexity increases, raising questions around best practices, ethical boundaries, and documentation standards.

In Navigating Licensure Supervision Within an Organization, you’ll explore the real-world complexities of supervision in behavioral health settings, with a special emphasis on conducting effective telesupervision and clarifying supervisory roles. This self-paced training offers timely insight and actionable tools for clinicians who provide or plan to provide supervision within an agency, organization, or telehealth setting.
